Seventh International Dance Olympiad
Within a period from 29 of April to 9 of May, 2010 the Seventh International Dance Olympiad had taken place in Moscow.
32 countries took part in the Olympiad. Kazakhstan took part for the first time. Our country was represented by the Dance Theater of Alexey Velizhanin and “Modern and Sport Dance Federation of RK”. The participation in such significant event became an outstanding event for our country.
The Kazakhstani dancers took the prize-winning places in all three declared nominations – classical ballet, modern and dance show. The result is more than impressive for newcomers at the Olympiad.
